An applicant who wants to remain anonymous brought the case of Abdela to the Centre’s attention.Abdela is ten years old. His leg was injured by a car accident that occurred some five years ago. Both the person and the organization responsible for the accident did not perform their respective obligations towards his recovery. Details »
